Clarifiers: A comprehensive range up to 50 m diameter
The Hydroflux Epco clarifier range includes full and half-bridge fixed units, as well as full and half-bridge peripheral drive clarifiers, with capacities up to 50 m in diameter. To ensure efficient sludge removal, Hydroflux Epco offers proprietary systems such as the LogMax® logarithmic sludge plough for lighter suspended sludges, the VeeMax® chevron-pattern sludge plough for heavier, more viscous sludges, and the HeadMax® hydraulic suction system for rapid sludge extraction. These technologies provide effective sedimentation, improved sludge management, and superior water clarity.
Lime Saturators: Precision Design and Reliable Performance
The Hydroflux Epco lime saturator is a specialised process unit designed to produce saturated lime water for precise pH and alkalinity control in water treatment plants. It features a saturator-clarifier tank with weirs, a hopper for lime storage, and a sludge rake for continuous sludge removal. The system also includes lime recirculation, slurry dosing, and spent lime sludge wasting, with dedicated inlet and outlet points and sampling locations for accurate monitoring and control, ensuring efficient and reliable lime dosing for water treatment processes.
