RoadTrain®
RoadTrain packaged plants by Hydroflux Epco have been in operation since the late 1960s. Applications include sewage treatment for towns, villages, resorts, mine sites and gas exploration fields. The systems are designed to operate with a minimum level of site attendance and are ideally suited to remote locations. RoadTrain packaged plants are available in three process designs, including The Extended Aeration Activated Sludge Process, Rotating Biological Contactor and Membrane Bioreactor.
The RoadTrain is designed to suit 60 to 1000 EP in a single train, and the selection of the most appropriate process is dependent upon the available footprint, site location and discharge requirements.

Organica BlueHouse
The Organica Bluehouse is a unique packaged plant solution, unlike anything else available on the market. This custom-engineered, pre-fabricated facility combines all the advantages of Organica-powered wastewater treatment and reuse in a single, easy-to-install package. It streamlines the design and construction process while allowing you to select a design that seamlessly integrates with its surroundings. Like all Organica facilities, the Bluehouse is compact, odourless, and energy-efficient. Its distinctive botanical garden-like appearance enhances flexibility in site selection while minimising environmental impact. This makes the Organica Bluehouse an excellent choice for sustainable wastewater treatment solutions.

Packaged MBR Plants
MENA Water packaged plants are designed to treat sewage from sites as small as resorts and mine sites to larger development sites, towns, villages and even small cities. As a pre-fabricated, fully integrated system that is bolted to a concrete slab, the costs associated with civil construction and site installation are greatly reduced.

The following sizes are available as standard for the MR-U and MR-I range. Please note that these are provided as a guide only and will vary on each application.
MR-I Version
Systems from 25 to 300m3/day in a complete single packaged unit inclusive of an aeration reactor. All equipment is housed within the packaged system, pre-piped and wired.

MR-U Version
Systems from 25 to 1000m3/day with a packaged MBR filtration compartment with an external aeration reactor. The aeration tank, pre-treatment and final holding tank are built from concrete for below-ground hidden applications or from polyethylene, steel, stainless steel or concrete for above-ground. The MBR compartment is delivered pre-wired, piped and tested and all pumps, screens and aeration grids are provided.
