Hydroflux designed and constructed a complete wastewater treatment system centred on the HyDAF unit – a high-performance, rectangular counter-current DAF integrated with a chemical treatment process. This combination ensures reliable removal of suspended solids and emulsified oils typical in food manufacturing.
The system was fully manufactured in Australia, including automation and controls tailored to the client’s interface and PLC/HMI preferences. Hydroflux’s expertise in DAF sizing and system integration ensured the solution aligned with Nuttelex’s operational needs.
