Hydroflux Awarded Contract for Western Harbour Tunnel Water Treatment Plant

Hydroflux Industrial is excited to announce that it has been awarded the contract by Acciona to design and construct a permanent water treatment plant as part of the Western Harbour Tunnel (WHT) project in Sydney.

WHT is a major infrastructure development that will deliver a 6.5 km tunnel connecting WestConnex at Rozelle with the Warringah Freeway at North Sydney. Acciona, is completing the tunnel excavation from Birchgrove to Cammeray and full fit-out of the tunnel systems.

The treatment plant provided by Hydroflux will incorporate a comprehensive range of technologies including HyDAF, HyPure® Filtration, HyX® Ion Exchange, and CakeMax® dewatering systems, supporting long-term water treatment needs for the project.
